There were multiple factors that lead to the Roman Empire's demise, but there were some events that had a bigger affect on Rome than others. These events consist of invasions from Barbaric tribes, economic troubles, the continuous overreliance on slave labor, the rise of the Eastern Empire, overexpansion and military overspending, government corruption, political instability, the arrival of the Huns, Christianity, the loss of traditional values, and the weakening of the Roman legions.
